Hello,

My name is Rich Grehalva and the first thing I want you to know about me is my passion for "Helping People to improve their Personal and Professional Effectiveness"

As an executive leader in the corporate environment for over 30 years , the processes, tools and training programs for sales professionals and leaders offered today are all missing in my observation...what really is needed to succeed.

What is missing?

No matter what industry or market we are in, we are not dealing with customers or job titles.

We are "People-Communicating-with-People. yet, this is where today's training and systems fail.

To be a better leader and person, I attended the very best programs available in communication, accelerated learning and highly effective process development. In many cases I became certified in these leading edge programs.

In my own personal development, I attended a Men's self improvement program that had such an impact on me, I decided to get involved. And, for the past 20 years, I have been leading men's retreats across the US, Canada and Europe.

The purpose of my company is to focus my energies in helping people with proven accerlerated peak performance techniques to improve their personal and business life.

I developed my own registered sales methodology program Sales Mapping "The Process of Connecting the Dots and Winning Customers for Life"® because I discovered the available sales training systems were outdated and did not meet what sales professionals actually needed.

I published my book Unleashing the Power of Consultative Selling "Selling the way your customer wants to buy...Not the way you like to sell" that includes what I learned from my workshops and consulting practice.

My latest program the Sales MOTOvation System™is based on my research and with real world data from my clients. The questions came from experienced sales professionals on "What will it take to get to the next level?"

I used the skills I learned as a race car driver and explained them in 7 keys that carried over to many of the same skills needed to be an exceptional performer. The response from my new workshop was a hit. Now, I want to share some of the information that is making a difference in their performance.
